HOW IT WORKS

Hire Period One Night Only Boutique offers a 4 day hire period (Friday - Sunday) should you need an extended hire or midweek hire this can be discussed as we are quite flexible.

Bookings

To book a dress you can contact us via our Instagram, Facebook or Email. Alternatively you can book an appointment directly through the website under the ‘book now’ tab. We offer 30 minute appointments for you to try on our range of dresses. Full payment must be made on collection. For weekend appointments please contact via our social media.

Returns

Dresses can be returned directly to the showroom at an agreed time or can be taken to Pristine Dry Cleaners. All dresses must be returned on Monday unless otherwise discussed to accomodate a week for dry cleaning. ONO Boutique does not offer refunds of unworn dresses, instead a store credit will be issued for use within 12 months of the issued date. Postage & Try on fees are non-refundable.

Postage & Cleaning Fees

We offer Aus wide express postage at a cost of $25, this includes a prepaid return satchel. All dry cleaning fees are included in the cost of the garment. For those interstate who would like to try on before committing to a dress, we offer try on service for $25 plus postage.

Damages

We expect our customers to take reasonable care of their hired item and treat them as their own. However, we do understand that accidents happen and it is possible damage may occur. For minor, repairable damage you will be charged accordingly. If the item gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair the customer will be liable to pay to replace the garment.
